In addition to our highly trained staff, we further rely upon a number of unpaid committed volunteers whose support helps us achieve so much more due.
Our Board of Trustees is competency based and made up of people with the range of skills and necessary expertise to ensure the Organisation is fully compliant with all of the relevant regulation and adheres to best practice in managing all of our services
The Organisation has a small central services team which supports services by maintaining quality standards, financial control and good corporate governance. 90% of all of our income goes directly to providing support and assistance to those who need it.
Although our work can be challenging, requiring high tolerance thresholds we do not pay our dedicated staff team exorbitant salaries, provide company cars and have other perks. We stick to benchmarking salaries the same on sectoral norms.
